Shipping policy
The processing time for orders is 2-business days. OneKind uses Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK and standard shipping will be second class. This will take an additional 2 business days. If you require your order sooner, please let us know by contacting info@onekind.org and we will do our best to deliver your order faster. Please bear with us. As a very small team based in various locations, we cannot guarantee same day postage.
Please bear in mind that public, bank holidays and postal strikes will have an impact on your delivery date, which is out of our control. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries which are affected by customers, natural occurences or transfers to local couriers in your area or country, air or ground delays or back end charges once the package has left the United Kingdom.
